Aufgaben
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy, setting clear objectives and targets to drive revenue growth and meet company goals.
  • Build and lead sales team and support to help them achieve individual and team targets.
  • Prospecting new businesses and carrying out outbound sequences (emails, cold calling, etc.).
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.
  • Drive sales pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and tracking of KPIs.
  • Identify new sales channels and strategies.
  • Drive the adoption of sales tools and technologies to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall sales experience.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to provide input on pricing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market plans.
  • Oversee and implement marketing strategies.
  • Oversee customer success initiatives, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and identifying opportunities for growth.


Profil
  • Experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing sales teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Strong outbound sales expertise, including cold calling, email outreach, and pipeline development.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales data
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking to develop sales strategies
  • Familiarity with modern sales and CRM tools to enhance team efficiency and pipeline visibility.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment.
  • Language fluency (written and verbal) in German (C2) and English (C1).
