Aufgaben
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to grow customer base.
  • Prospecting new businesses, and carrying out outbound sequences (emails, cold calling, etc.)
  • Qualify inbound prospects based on current business challenges.
  • Book meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Drive new subscription SaaS revenue opportunities.
  • Gain access and build relationships with key executives and decision makers.
  • Prepare and run product demonstrations.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations and pitches.
  • Provide pricing, negotiate, and close customer deals.
  • Create order Intake forecasting.
  • Continuously improve the sales development process.
  • Work together with Customer Success department to onboard new customers.
  • Represent and demonstrate our company values, brand, and mission. 


Profil
  • Strong experience in outbound sales and lead generation, including cold calling and email outreach.
  • Proven ability to qualify leads and convert them into product demos and sales opportunities.
  • Skilled in building relationships with decision-makers and guiding them through the sales funnel.
  • Comfortable handling pricing discussions, negotiations, and closing deals in a SaaS environment.
  • Solid understanding of the B2B sales process, from prospecting to onboarding.
  • Data-driven and organized, with the ability to forecast pipeline and manage CRM entries accurately.
  • Eager to continuously improve outbound sequences, messaging, and sales techniques.
  • A team player who collaborates closely with Sales Leadership and Customer Success.
  • Passionate about representing the company’s brand and mission with authenticity and enthusiasm.
  • Language fluency (written and verbal) in German (C2) and English (C1).
